If you don’t celebrate Christmas I hope that wherever you are in the world that you’re enjoying a little bit of festive cheer. Whether that’s spending some time with loved ones or simply enjoying some downtime by yourself on the couch.
This week’s message is coming a little earlier in the week because I wanted to say hi on Christmas Day itself and also share two things to help you enjoy this festive day and week even more.

This end of year season can be such a beautiful time to reflect back on what it is that you have achieved this year what it is you want for next year.
Here are two things to help you make the most of this holiday week:
Thing #1: Start thinking about what you’re going to let go of and leave behind in 2017.
Maybe it’s needing to control, talking badly to yourself, lack of patience. Whatever it is, start to think about what’s no longer serving you.
Thing #2: Truly indulge, enjoy and savor the beautiful food you’re going to eat and the fun things you’re treating yourself too
There’s no point in having a great celebration if you’re going to deny yourself from actually enjoying it. If you think something is bad or you feel guilty you taint your experience of it. So this week simply savour all the yummy goodness you’re enjoying.
