Are you working really hard climbing up the ladder achieving those goals dreams that you had for yourself only to find that they’re not really very fulfilling or meaningful? Maybe you’re starting to question “Is This it?”
There’s an inner calling or voice inside of you telling you that you’re on the wrong path and that you’re meant for something else. But you’re just not sure what that something else is and you don’t trust that voice because you don’t know where it’s coming from.
You have an idea to do something else…maybe to write a book or to start a business or to become a freelancer or change industries…and you’re scared. You don’t know if it’s the right choice for you and you don’t want to waste time energy and effort on the wrong path and so you doubt yourself and you do nothing.
We all have doubts.
I’ve had all of these doubts and as I continue in my business I bump against other doubts and fears.
I think that’s perfectly normal.
If you sign up for this journey to live a fulfilling life that you love and that stretches you makes you grow you’re always going to be bumping up against your growth edge.
Because of my own personal journey I’ve been diving deeper and becoming obsessed with understanding what makes “successful” people successful.
My definition of success is someone who not only achieves the material (financial abundance, being able to provide for their family, and travel) but also makes an impact on others and feels fulfilled.
You know that feeling where you can say…
“I feel really good, I did something that helped someone today.”
“I stretched myself and overcame that fear.”
I’m talking about that level of fulfillment.
The people I admire are people like Oprah, Arianna Huffington, Gabrielle Bernstein, Marie Forleo and Gabrielle Berstein.
What I’ve come to realise it’s that these women are able to do two things.
Watch this week’s video blog to learn what these two things are and how you can apply these in your own life and career.

Thing #1: They know and trust that they are here for a bigger purpose beyond themselves
Yes, they do create success for themselves but it’s a bigger mission.
Some of you may say “Don’t be so naive, Siobhan. Successful people aren’t like that.” But I believe they are.
I believe the ones that are successful, grateful and fulfilled are the ones that align themselves to their natural gifts and talents and pursue a path that feels right to them.
So that they can contribute and make an impact in the world.
Thing #2: They’ve mastered their minds and their mindset
Many of the women I look up to have been pioneers with no examples to follow.
That got me to thinking…
“What do they do differently?”
How did they forget that path if nobody’s done that before?”
Well, I believe that they channel whatever their divine guidance is and their divine purpose at the same time I think they also know how to master their mindset.
Successful people are able to look at their fears, doubts, and challenges as opportunities for growth.
They’re able to step back and observe the thought as if it’s projected on a screen and say “OK what does this mean? How can I interpret this differently? How can I see love instead of fear?”
They step back and realise that this mind if untamed it will run the show.
We have to keep the mind in check and realise that these thoughts that we’re thinking are sometimes just our ego mind – not our real soul speaking to us.
I believe successful women are able to master that.
That’s what’s driven my further studies….my curiosity to master how to work with the mind.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Neuroscience are the newer things I’ve been learning.
This stuff works and blows my mind.
I invite you to look at your life and those challenges that you’re dealing with.
If you find yourself bumping up against fear I want you to ask yourself:
“What is the fear trying to tell you?”
Is there a legitimate thing to be scared of? IF so great you can create a plan around it.
Or is that fear just familiar and you jump to fear for no unknown reason?
For example one of the things I find my clients deal with when they’re looking to pursue something that they really love and they’ve got that alignment to that project or goal…they start to doubt themselves and lack confidence.
“If I put myself out there, what will people think?”
Normally what I do with my clients in these RTT sessions is go back to the beliefs of why they fear not being good enough, fear of being ridiculed for being themselves, needing to drive themselves into the ground to achieve success.
When you’re able to understand how you formed the belief you can then heal and transform it into a more empowering belief like the successful women I look up to…
That’s when you can come up with creative solutions and figure out the right path even if someone before you hasn’t done it that way before and you can’t borrow what they’ve done.
If you’re curious about RTT and how you can turn some of these limiting beliefs that are holding you back in your life then leave a comment under the blog or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll tell you more about how it works and how I can support you.
Doing this work is truly magical and can help you:
- Be confident living out your purpose
- Trust that inner voice that’s guiding you somewhere else
- Get clear on what the heck you’re doing and why you’re here
I’d love to support you.
In the meantime, I’m sending you lots of love.
